Victorian Railways' KCC was a modification of a standard open wagon (flat wagons also used) to carry two masonite containers for cement carriage from Geelong to the Cudgewa Branch for both the Snowy and Kiewa Dam schemes.Modified from Steam Era Models "Tommy Bent" wagon, with styrene, wire and wood details. Cement containers are own casts from moulds I made.
